Thomas County is situated in south west Georgia and borders the Florida state line. The County seat seat is Thomasville and it is located 36 miles north of Tallahassee, Fl. The Thomas County Courthouse is located at 225 N. Broad St. in Thomasville.
Directions to the Courthouse are as follows:
From Moultrie on highway 319- Take 319 south into Thomasville, come into the middle
of town and take a right on Broad St. and go one block. Courthouse is on left next block.
From Tallahassee on highway 319- Take 319 north into Thomasville, take a left on hwy 84 west (Madison St) proceed one block take right on either Jefferson St. or Washington
St. to get to either side of courthouse.
From Quitman/Valdosta on Highway 84- Take hwy 84 west into Thomasville , then take
right at Plaza Restaurant onto Broad St., proceed three blocks and courthouse will be in
fourth block on left.
From Albany on U.S. 19- Take hwy 19 south until U.S. 319 intersection (Sw. Ga. Technical College on right). Take right on 319 south and proceed into Thomasville until you
reach Broad St. Take right on Broad St., go one block, courthouse on left side.
From Monticello Fl on U.S.19- Take hwy 19 north until exit ramp for hwy 84 west.
Proceed on 84 west into Thomasville, take right at Plaza Restaurant onto Broad St.
Go three blocks and courthouse will be in fourth block on left.
